All clients follow the same standard setup process. If switching from another provider, the existing website remains live while the new site is prepared and reviewed.
The website is prepared using a defined structure designed for therapists, clinics or coaches. A review stage is built into the process so changes can be requested and approved before the site goes live.
Once approved, the website goes live and becomes part of the ongoing managed service which includes hosting, software updates, maintenance, security, backups and monitoring with ongoing technical ownership and support when required

Minor text and image updates within the existing page structure are included. Requests outside this scope are discussed separately before any work is done.
